“If it wasn’t for All Dimension I wouldn’t have had the confidence to pursue my dream career.

I went to All Dimension in 2015 having left my A Level’s half way through the term and not knowing what I wanted to do. I had always babysat my niece and cousins, and thought childcare was the most appropriate industry for me as I had a little experience in it, but it wasn’t my passion. I was a quiet, shy person but dreamt of working in a busy office coming out of my shell and making new friends.

I started a Traineeship Programme with All Dimension and it helped me to build my confidence, Communication Skills & even gave me interview tips, techniques and mock trials.

The Traineeship allowed me to carry out work experience in a Nursery setting to see if it was what I wanted to do, after a week I realised I didn’t want this career for the rest of my life. The team at All Dimension quickly helped me move to a Business & Admin setting, where I am now working as the PA to the managing director of a large Logistics company based in Cannon Street, and I couldn’t be happier here. I have already been offered a permanent contract 1 month before I finished my apprenticeship and was lucky enough to receive a bonus for all of my hard work.
