All Dimension Limited was established in January 2009 but has some thirty years of Training and Development knowledge and expertise in its team of highly qualified staff.
Our main objective is to provide 100% support and high quality training to all of our learners, no matter what age, gender, disability, race, religion, sexual orientation or prior ability you may have. Although AD promotes equality and diversity, all of our learners are treated as individuals.
Our assesors look to teach, motivate and inspire competence and assess to the national level requirements. We work closely with the ESFA, Education and skills funding agency, to provide fully or part funded courses to all of our learners wherever possible. All of our tutors and staff are trained to a high level of competence to enable delivery to be to a high standard.
Good relationships are built throughout with each learner, employer and tutor to provide a safe, supportive learning environment.
We specialise in childcare, adult care, business and administration, Customer service, I.T, management for all levels. From L2 to L7.
Our premises are based in Swanley but we deliver training anywhere within the M25 Radius. Here we provide rooms for training that are light, airy and comfortable with state of the art technology and access for those with a disability, but are happy to accommodate your preference of where delivery would take place.
We work in partnership with colleges, councils, and other training organisations in order to give our clients the best possible outcomes.
We deliver some courses on behalf of the Bedfordshire Employment and Skills Service (BESS), part of Central Bedfordshire Council, who provide us with funding. Courses are targeted to support residents in gaining skills relevant to the needs of employers in Bedfordshire or to meet health and well-being needs. Courses are free of charge, subject to eligibility criteria.
